People’s development party president Dr. Abed Bwanika  warns government against turning national functions into NRM party functions.

Bwanika says that  the current style by NRM govt to make national celebrations as party celebrations is unacceptable because  the country is not owned by one party.

 Dr. Abed Bwanika, says that  it was uncalled for to detain Dr. Kizza Besigye and his followers in his home who had come to attend the function coupled with using slogans to loud NRM and demisfy the opposition.

He also wants the education ministry to investigate into the allegations at the university where girls are earning marks after giving in services to lecturers which is very dangerous to the future of the country.
