Lawyers clash in Rules and displine committee over selfexiled member of parliament

Lawyers have clashed in the Rules and disciplinary committee of parliament over Bubulo west mp Tony Kipoi both claiming they have instructions to represent the embattled member of parliament parliament.
One of the lawyers Dalton Oponya from Oponya and company advocates claimed that he got instructions from his client some time back when they met at the constitutional court, while Fred Mukasa Mbidde said he last talk to Kipoi last night from kinshansa hospital where he got instructions to represent him.
The committee had to throw out the two lawyers, in order to authenticate their claims.
The committee chaired by Fox Odoi later resolved to reject Oponya’s claims who later threatened to challenge the committee’s ruling in court
