It seems the Deputy Speaker of Uganda Parliament Jacob Oulanya has started seeing some democratic rights, he is complaining that Museveni’s government is failing to control investors.

He says some of the investors Museveni and his ministers bring to Uganda are briefcase investors. Oulanya says that many of the investors Museveni brings to Uganda use government money, and dont pay taxes.

The Deputy Speaker says many of the investors Museveni’s government is recommending to work in Uganda are a cost to Uganda’s development.

Secondly; Oulanya says Uganda’s parliament is over represented that some MPs dont measure up to be people’s representatives. The opposition has complained to Museveni to reduce on the number of MPs in vain.
